🇧🇪🍷ロシュフォール8は、3つのロシュフォールの中で最後に生まれました。
🎄1954年に初めて🤶クリスマスビールとして醸造されると、🍷とても好評で、最も人気のあるロシュフォールになりました。
✨明るい光の中で見ると、🍷このエールは濃い赤茶っぽい色をしています。
☃️冬のビールの特徴でもあるように、最初は🌿ハーブの香りが印象的です。
レーズンやイチジクのようなフルーティーな味わいに、🍫甘いチョコレートやキャラメルのような感覚も加わります。
🍷そして温かく少し甘めの液体は、麦芽の苦味のある後味へとゆっくりと変わっていきます。
Rochefort 8 is the youngest of the three Rochefort beers. Initially it was first brewed as a Christmas beer in 1954. As happens more than once, the beer was so well received that it soon became not only a brew produced year-round, but also the most popular of the Rochefort beers.
Seen in bright light, this dark ale has some dark red-brownish color to it. As is pretty common with winter beers, herbal aromas make up the first impression. The taste has a more fruity character of raisins and figs, added with hints of sweet chocolate and a caramel. The warm and slightly sweetish liquid slowly turns into a malty bitterness for the aftertaste.
The “8” in the name refers to an old system used by the Belgian abbey breweries to measure the amount of malt in an unfermented beer. 8 Belgian degrees indicate a specific gravity of 1080 or 20 degrees Plato.
